Are you a Ramblers volunteer?

Ramblers Roadshows are for volunteers to learn more about their and other roles from Ramblers central office staff and from fellow volunteers. You would also get updates on what Ramblers are planning to do and how you might be able to help to increase the chances of success. There are general sessions and workshops in both morning and afternoon, with lunch and refreshments provided. Workshop topics include:

Social Media

Rights of way

Ramblers Short Walks – Walking for Health walks

Introduction to using map and compass

Treasurer Workshop (full day)

What the new Area Support Officers can do for us

Introduction to leading walks

Managing challenges on walks

General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) –how they affect how we can communicate with each other
